FLOW ( Future Leaders of West Hartford)

The Future Leaders of West Hartford (FLOW) is a dynamic committee of the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce, dedicated to fostering the growth and success of young professionals and those embarking on new career paths. Through a diverse array of programs and events, FLOW provides opportunities for social engagement, professional development, and community involvement, empowering emerging leaders to thrive both personally and professionally.​

Signature Programs

FLOW-tation Lunch: Join us on the second Friday of each month at 12 PM for our informal, drop-in networking lunch. We visit different Chamber member restaurants, offering a relaxed environment to meet new friends and expand your professional circle. Local Leaders Series: Gain insights and inspiration from established community champions as they share their unique journeys to success. This series provides a snippet of mentorship, aiming to motivate and guide the next generation of leaders.​

Collaborations

In addition to hosting our own events, FLOW collaborates with the YP Collective—a coalition of Young Professional groups across the Hartford region. This partnership enhances our members' access to a broader range of resources and networking opportunities, fostering regional connections that extend beyond West Hartford.​
